Cancellation Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE COST OF YOUR STAY IS PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date must be accompanied by payment in full. the balance must be paid so as to arrive no later than six weeks before arrival date. if the balance is not received by the due date then your stay will be treated as a cancellation.
All cancellations must be immediately notified in writing by email. if you cancel your stay more than six weeks before the arrival date then your deposit will be forfeit. if you cancel less than six weeks prior to the arrival date then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
